why, it's partly cloudy with a 30% chance of rain, 5 mph southwest wind, high of 61 degrees farenheit. did you really wanna know that? does it matter the climate in my part of town? are you interested in meterology -- then, why are you chatting with me instead of pointing at green blobs on tv? does the human race truly not have another common subject to discuss besides the nature patterns of temperature and state of the atmosphere, by which we call weather?
i have recently become so tickled by the strange interactions of people. i don't understand the reason behind weather being the topic of choice. all i can think is, "who cares?" i mean, don't get me wrong, i am perfectly fine discussing the matter... like when i had to entertain my client today with the fact that texas is warmer than new york... but why? how do you think elevator people feel when they are asked every trip up and down? or, why do those credit card company ppl have to ask while we wait for their slow computers to run? i simply don't get it...
so um, i hope i have not offended anyone, i.e. my coworker who sits next to me and asked his client about the rainy weather in london this morning, whom i hope never reads this blog. all in all though, watch me in a few years ask you "so those rain clouds comin' in pretty close, eh?"
*sigh* i guess i gotta grow up and turn into "one of them"... for success road, i will.
