living day to day as an art

"just breathe"

who knew living a stress-free life is an art?  among the chaos, between the extremes, and surrounded by the pressures, one can only imagine the craziness.  as a sensitively emotional person, i am wide-eyed and bushy-tailed about how i can control myself and focus on all that i want to do in life.

many people found that the secret is through meditation and practicing breathing patterns to bring your mind at peace. whether it's all true, the underlying meaning lies within yourself and allowing yourself to "live in the moment".  the more i think about the philosophy that was shared to me, your mind stresses because you think about the past or you worry about the future...

just be. here. now.

before, i wondered if i had a problem wanting too much.  but now, i can't wait to accomplish it all!
