an observation is not a judgment, is it?  and then, deriving factual evidence to infer a general statement is nothing but honesty.

analytical minds pride themselves on knowing all, even in its attempt to understand emotions by interpreting actions based on book-taught references.  the truth is, there is no flow chart sequence.  this cannot be aced by mere reading or listening, instead it takes patience, empathy, and desire for the person.
